I've already tried this.  In short, it can't be done.  There is only  
one sound for mail arrival, and it's the same regardless of which  
inbox gets the message.  This is a mod I'd like to see in a future  
version of mail, but at the moment, it doesn't work.  I don't know if  
an apple script could solve this problem or not, but it might be  
worth looking into.
I've got 4 different servers, with multiple accounts on some of those  
servers I get mail in, and it soure would be useful to know which  
mailbox to check when I hear that new message sound.
