David and Scott,When in the Print dialog, use the Item Chooser menu (VO keys+i) then arrow down to the first "Unknown" and press return. then press VO keys+shift+space to bring up the pop-up menu. Using the Preview option works as well as it brings you into the Preview app from which point you can save your document as a PDF.
