"what screen reader do you use in freebsd?"
I use a dos box running vocal eyes networked to a freebsd system. It works
fine with all the typical unix/linux applications for internet work, most
of my productivity applications are native dos. In the main, blind folk
have yet to achieve the access that dos provided15 years ago in any other
operating system. I had great hopes for vo and mac, I will continue to
look further in that direction because the present gui shell running on
darwin seems the best of both worlds if a decent screen reader solution can
be achieved.
