making Daisy Books

I have a bunch of etexts that I want to turn into Daisy--at least I  
think I do.  I hear that Daisy is pretty reliable and smaller than  
MP3.  Is this true, and if so, how would I do it using a specific  
voice on my Mac, either Vicky or Bruce, depending on the texts?
