Thank you, thankyou! It is an iBook.

It worked! Woohoo! The downloads window just popped open! Yay! :) Now to see how many I can download before I gotta head home to a slower connection.

Hello Jane:

If I remember correctly, you have an IBook? If so, move your mouse pointer to the link you want and then hold down the option key and then press the mouse button. That ought to begin the download process of the file. If you do not have an IBook, then I am getting old and forgetful (smile). ----- Start Original Message -----

Hmm... you might want to try a couple of things like tabbing to
that link and then trying the contextual menu. Also, you might be
able to use the link chooser menu to get to it and use the
contextual menu. Finally, route the mouse pointer to the VoiceOver
cursor and just use your mouse button.

I saw a page of plugins that I could install, do I need one of those?

Instead of clicking on the name, you can bring up the contextual

I apologize in adv ance, because I *know* we have covered this
before.

There is a web site that I love to go to that lets me actually
download the podcasts by hand. The trouble is that when I
click on the link it plays it instead. How can I handle this?
Do I need to get another web browser so I can just download the
mp3, or do I need to save it on my Windows machine first or what?

Jane
