Hi, tried multiple copies on my printer again and I still can't get it to work. It seems like whenever I try to change the number of copies it doesn't recognize it. It keeps saying that no pages have been selected. Any ideas? Thanks.

You have control over the modifier keys (except shift, but including Caps Lock): 
System Preference. > Keyboard and Mouse > Keyboard (tab) > Modifier 
Keys. (button)
