He's talking about the divorak or however you spell that, keyboard layout. This maps letters differently on the keyboard. That is what he's talking about. I don't know how VO deals with this, but I haven't the time to learn another layout right now, but it does sound very efficient. Maybe David you need to bring this to Apples attention, you might actually get something accomplished on this.

What made that keyboard layout "standard?" Wasn't it the screen reader manufacturer? I mean, JAWS and WindowEyes don't use the same keyboard commands. Why is this such a deal breaker for you? Have you checked out QuickKeys at all?
