You are asking what's stopping collaboration?  That's what I've been  
asking of people on this list. It['s that those on this list who want  
to work on braille are apparently either not wanting to collaborate,  
or they think the port isn't a reasonable possibility, or have been  
refused in their contact efforts; since my questions haven't been  
answered, I don't know.--
