Hello Justin, This is merely a shot in the dark on my part, as I am still, an unabashed PC loyalist... You could try associating the file with iTunes. In fact, it's my understanding that ASF is Microsoft's way of allowing third party playback of their more proprietary formats (wma, wmv, etc...)
