Command is the key next to the spacebar on either end of the space bar.
The next key out in either dirrection is the Option key and the last key
out on either side is Control. Holding down Control and Option could be
called the VO keys.

Yes VO does talk with the CD as well! You just need to use the Command
F5 when the CD stops seeking.

If tigger isn't on the mac yet, then voiceover can't be installed.
You need to put tiger on it first. Then after all is up and
running command-F5 will turn it on. If you install with the dvds,
then vo will speak during installation. From all reports, if
installing from cds, vo won't talk during install, only after it's
done. Key combination is the same though.
