Before folks ask.
No, ubt does not (yet) compile w/o errors on the mac.
Nor is there a binary to download. I'll post the one I made on my
site, but I don't know if it will work, because
1. there were compile errors I've not looked at yet.
2. it's possible the usb port code used in the program is not
compatible with the mac. I've not gone further than just getting it
to compile. Not a clean compile either, but at least it compiles
(which it won't do out of the box)
To do this yourself, simply comment out the malloc.h includes in all
the files, and in the two files that have them, comment out the sys/
statfs.h includes as well.
That's all I've done here. There's still errors that need looked at,
and perhaps someone else can look at them. I do not have either a
bookport or a book corrier to play with to see if the utility works
as is, so I cannot answer questions either, but I thought I'd post
this, just in case someone wanted to give it a try. I won't
guarantee the results until I get a chance to look at it more closely
to see what needs done to make it compile cleanly.
