Not sure about the usb windows keyboard, however, that might cause some 
problems between the command and option keys being switched around. As far 
as tiger, I don't remember what the minimum requirements are for 
instalation, but I know that any g4 will run it. You do need a dvd rom drive 
to install tiger, so if this  machine doesn't have a dvd rom drive, you 
might want to look at something else. I would just suggest grabbing a Mac 
Minnie. That might support your keyboard and mouse better, and it 
automatically comes with tiger.
