There isn't a category dedicated to Mac's as far as I know so you'll have to search in the computer category and specifically state your requirements, that is use words like Ibook, Mac, Apple etc.

Not sure about the usb windows keyboard, however, that might cause some problems between the command and option keys being switched around. As far
as tiger, I don't remember what the minimum requirements are for
instalation, but I know that any g4 will run it. You do need a dvd rom
drive
to install tiger, so if this machine doesn't have a dvd rom drive, you might want to look at something else. I would just suggest grabbing a Mac
Minnie. That might support your keyboard and mouse better, and it
automatically comes with tiger.
