Also, to make things simple, I tell Safari to show the bookmark on the
menu whenever I add one. Whenever I go to the bookmarks menu, I arrow
down to the bookmark I want and hit enter on it.

For the ones showing between the Googal search and the "more
bookmarks" just line up with VO keys and arrows, use the return key.
For all of them I go into bookmarks section, arrow down to "book
marks sub mennu" arrow right, there's the whole list of them. then
when at the one I want just spacebar. and or VO spacebar.
To eddit or deleet bookmarks, which would usually be a matter of
deleeting, Command Option b, which is even a faster way of getting
into bookmarks bar and executing which ever bookmark you want. But
you can also deleet by that method of entering into bookmarks bar.
