Ok, I'm still not getting my question clearly answered here. I did  
borrow a dvd from somebody once that was all self-contained. However,  
with the two dvds I now use, you are prompted to insert the second  
dvd and I don't see anything saying this is optional. Those of you  
who are doing it all with one dvd: what are you doing when it prompts  
you to insert the second dvd?
