Hi folks.
Finally got a chance to try the new version of XTools. Version
2.2.1, and I'm happy to say it can now do a lot more than the
previous versions could using voice over.
It looks like I no longer need to edit the nib files or interface
files using the terminal. Today, I was able to change all
necessary parts of an existing project without resorting to
terminal and command-line editors.
This is really great.
Even interface builder is a bit more friendly. I still don't think
it's possible to build a program from scratch using the XTools
utilities, but It's a whole lot closer than it was in version 2.2.
Apple really is making things usable. I give the new XTools
(2.2.1) two thumbs up for advancements in accessibility.
