Before installing version 2.2.1, you have to uninstall any
previous versions you may have.
There's a perl script to do this. Just change into the /
developer/xtools directory, and run the uninstall-devtools.pl
script.
That's from memory, so it's possible directory or file name is
slightly inaccurate, but you shuld be able to find it.
I'm on the way out the door, so can't go check at the moment, but
