Cheryl,
I've had the mouse in the Finder and the VO cursor in Mail and
verified their placement with VO keys+f5 and VO keys+f3 then moved
the mouse to Mail using ctrl+option+cmd+f5. VO said it had moved it
and indeed it did. I tried the opposite and it was fine as well.
Could you give me an idea of what app you're trying this in or some
other difference that you might think you have. Do you have VO set
to read what's under the mouse? I have that set to "on" and I have
it read it immediately. Just grasping here as I'm not able to
duplicate the problem.
