Hi all,

I've noticed that on:
http://www.mdtap.org
or any maryland site linked to the portal, there is a link which is  
expressed as "energy assistance" when viewed in ie in windows, but in  
safari, it is expressed as "energy".  Is there a way to have this  
link expressed properly or is this the way it will be expressed due  
to browser behaviour?  could VO be at issue here?

I cannot get the source of the actual code for this because it is  
apparently an include.

Any help would be appreciated.
