The best place to start with porting software to the mac, is apple's
porting page. It's at
http://developer.apple.com/porting/
There's all kinds of information there. If you go through all that,
and you still want more, then dig into the apple documentation on
programming the mac os. there's lots and lots of stuff there. This
should be more than enough to keep you busy for weeks. If you need
more, let me know, and I'll go lookup addresses for specific
documents that might help.
