Ok well a few things need to be addressed here, Macamp is not the same as Winamp (Or Winamp For Mac I believe the Mac version is called). With Macamp, the concepts are a little different but in many ways Macamp has allot going for it, global hotkeys being a case in point, you can skip tracks, stop, pause or play Macamp from any other application or Window on your computer when Macamp is running.

Yes, I use Macamp but I use it as a player, it has some very nice features and for the most part they're accessible.
