Vlc and streaming audio

Ok, so I'm nuts, but I was looking for the buffering items, but I  
can't find it for nothing. Oddly the stream was working fine and now  
it is choppy again. I haven't yet found reference to this in the  
manual so if anyone recalls where this might be hiding please let me  
know. I wonder if they changed its name in the newer version.
