I have a PDF document with links here and no, I haven't been able to
successfully navigate the links in this document with Preview.

Using the print option and preview on web pages doesn't insert

Adobe advertises a "Create Adobe PDF Online"
product that can convert a web page with supported links.
They warn that this can be a time-consuming process, and
there are URL conversion options that allow you to convert
all linked pages, and also to create tagged pdf, which is what
Gordon is describing. There appear to be time limits on how
many of these you can do, and choosing too large or lengthy
a task may cause your job to fail. They offer a trial subscription
that allows you to create 5 pdfs, but creating tagged pdfs is
only available to regular subscribers. The subscription service
at $9.99/month appears to only be available in the U.S. or

Although Preview works, options is what its all about and one thing
Preview will not let you do is fill out forms and that is one very
