say "open speech commands window". You can also find this window in the speech recognition utility of the speech prefs. There's a folder with all the commands in it too but it's burried deep. If you command the window to be opened though, you should be able to look at all the commands. One thing I've found is that when you use speech recognition, after a while, it can become confused. I've also been a bit iritated by the window popping up every time you issue a command.
