Hi Travis,

I'm still looking into this - and unfortunately at the moment it doesn't seem very promising, I found articles suggesting that the compatability between Alva Products and Mac OS X was improving at Mac World, but unfortunately I do not have theaddress with me at the moment.

I'm slowly beginning to think that this is not possible and it is a reral shame, as editing and reading in Braille is far quicker and far more enjoyable than using speech.

I will keep looking, and I am waiting to hear from a company here in the UK. I will let you all know.
Take care
James

Care to elaborate on this? Where does one get a driver for os 10 for an alva braille display? This is the first I've heard of this. Do you have a pointer to more information?
