Accessible Word Processors that auto-index

Hi folks,

I'm currently using a demo of Nisus as it is the only accessible word  
processor I have found that  works with VO. The only problem is, that  
it does not have the functionality to auto-index. I am a blind  
university student here in the UK, and when i write certain  
assignments, I need the word processor  to be able to auto index.  
Could anyone please give suggestions on word processors  that are  
accessible but which can auto index?
