Of course it wouldn't hurt to drop them a note with some of the  
corrections or alternative navigation methods or well anything else  
that might be helpful to them. Matter of fact, it might not  
necessarly change how they view VO as far as in regard to  
recommending it at this minute, but perhaps they would be interested  
in offering some thoughts to Apple on how they could better address  
these concerns for new users. Maybe a bit more info in the tutorial,  
other resources section, etc. There's always something one can do do  
improve on the information offered. I make this point because I  
wonder if anyone at Apple is seeing these reviews. Apple as I said  
could do more to reach out and maybe this would really help them.
Just some tthoughts.
