Kudos to Gabe for starting us off! People have been talking about a wiki for well over a year! I have put most of what I know of the Windows switcher perspective: http://blindtechs.net/wiki/index.php/Jumping_the_Shark I will be moving more, but most of my other stuff is not specifically about switching.
