I think the context may be different from what you thought. For
providing an in-depth & infallible review of a screen reader, no.

However, for working out whether a particular web site technique will
help or not, I think I can be pretty confident. It is usually a case
that I know whether something *should* work or not, but it is worth
checking that the screen readers behave as expected.
