I had occasion to visit the address book yesterday.  I don't visit it  
often, but worked with it quite a bit earlier to ad some entries and  
to clean some up.  I added an email address from mail via the menue  
from the address in a message.  I then went to the addrress book to  
see what had happened.  I found the card and saw that both addresses  
for there was already an address for this person in my address book  
were there.  I clickeed the edit button, tabbed through the fields  
and was abble to edit the email address field to remove the old email  
address.  Worked liike a charm but could have been a bit less painful.
