Come to think of it, I do not recall a site that it worked either,
but if I do come across one, I'll make note of it.

I don't think it's your site. I've never found any web site where
this vo-shift-m works as a right click. If someone else has one,
I'd sure be interested in seeing it. Every single time I've tried
it in safari, it's never worked. That's why I say this may work in
finder or something, but it's not a universal keystroke, because
I've just tried about a dozen web sites, and not a single one of
them allowed me to use this key combination.
