Hello again Matthew,
To use the Listen Again facility on BBC7, I go to the Listen Again  
page, tab to the day I want, use VO-keys plus right arrow to move  
through the grouped items until I find the one I want, interact with  
the group and click on the link which is the first item in the group.  
This launches RealPlayer and the programme starts playing almost  
immediately.

Are you, by any chance, using an Intel Mac? If you are, see my  
earlier post on making RealPlayer work properly on Intel Macs.
