Is the license for XP home or pro?  Or does it matter?

Just following the MS links, in-store deals will probably vary.

Virtual PC only (I missed this earlier):  $130.
VPC + XP Home:  $220.
VPC + XP Pro:  $250.
VPC + XP Pro + Office 2004:  $500.
