Email signatures

A while ago someone posted a message about Mail signatures being  
intermittent.  I've noticed the same behavior and it seemss to be  
related to what account is selected in the message window.  I have  
multiple accounts and for reasons that are not clear to me the  
account changes without any action on my part.  This also changes the  
signature popup.
