this is pretty easy. alll that you have to do in any version of skype
is the following. when you hear that someone is calling, uhold down
command plus tab til you hear that skype has focus. then use vo keys
down and up arrow to see who is calling. 1 or 2 vo up arrows will
show you who is calling. a few down arrows plus the vo keys will
show a word that says answer. just hit space on the word and the
call is answered. hth.

Honestly, I don't remember except that at first glance I couldn't
find things I could find easily with the older version. Ended up
just deciding to get rid of skype for now. My biggest issue with
skype anyway is that I don't want to get incoming calls because
it's too much of a pain to get to the answer button quickly; until
there's a quick reliable way to do that I really don't want to have
to be bothered with the possibility somebody's going to call me.
