Well, when I'm not even in the room when a call comes and I have to  
race to the computer and then perform this technique to answer the  
phone, and that's not counting vo giving me "busy" signals if that  
happens, it's nerve-wracking and not worth the hassle. What I need to  
be able to do is hit one key to answer or one combination of keys, or  
at most one action to hear who it is and a second to answer.
