it's vo keys with question mark and no. There is no vo context
sensative help.

VoiceOver is first turned on, Pressing VO keys plus Help, or the
Insert equivalent in Windows, and there will come up VoiceOver
Help. VoiceOver Help is a comprehensive tutorial that will, at
least, get you started using your computer. I would use Keyboard
Practice intermittently as I learn my machine, if I were you. Once
you feel comfortable using your machine, you'll feel more at ease
with exploring outside the parameters and do some experimenting
