Running Tiger on PC hardware illegal?

Hi all,
Yesterday I read on the Internet that it was eventually possible to run Tiger 
on a PC. I'm using a Mac Mini and would not do it. But just wondering if this 
is really legal? I heared something that it wasn't some time ago.
