Hi folks,
Thanks for your help so far, but can I just put the USB cord into the Mac
book, and it will work for either the Cannon Scanner or Epson printer, or do
I need to install drivers?
Just curious
Thanks
James

Also, most Epson products are Mac compatible. I have an Epson Stylus
CX4200 here (that's a printer/scanner/copier all-in-one device) and it
works great with my Mac.
P.S. Scott, do you mean the Canoscan Lide series? If so, I've bugged
Canon about the driver/VO issue, as I'm having it as well, though on my
iBook it is actually quite slow and a little more than annoying. I just
reinstalled my OS, which fixed a lot of odd quirks and issues I'd been
having, so I should try the driver again and see if it dealt with that as
well.

Canon Led 60 and several of the newer HP scanners. I personally use the
Canon Canoscan Led 60 and it works fine. The twain driver is a little
slow when working with VO, but I've not had the time to really bug Canon
about this, but I did inform customer support of the problem. Its not
really bad, but just annoying. I tend to use the item chooser feature of
VO which helps with this a lot.

Hi folks,
I am living in the UK, can anyone on the list please give me a list of
compatable printers, OCR and scaners that are compatable with Mac OSX
10.4.7 Tiger, and which also are usable with VO please?
Thanks and Best Wishes
