This is so off topic I won't go into it after this.  The cause of  
what Microsoft has or has not done does not matter.  The fact is that  
there are still manythings we cannot do with windows and windows does  
not have a fully accessible built in solution.  I'm not saying that  
Mac OS iis perfect, I am saying however that when Microsoft says  
"accessible" it means something far different than it is often taken  
to mean.
