Hi Hank,Normally, you simply navigate to the item with VO keys, press "Return" then you can rename it. You can also navigate to it, press cmd+i to "Get Info" on it, then navigate left or right until you hear the item for the Name and Extension. At that point, You can either retype the whole name or Interact with the Edit text and fix any part of it you wish.
