Vo seems to have fewer probleems with documents not tagged. I don't
think preview supports tagging. The one that Jim refers to as being
tagged is the one I could not read correctly but the one that Chuck
wrote "not tagged" reads finne.

However, opening with Acrobat pro and checking shows that there are
no tags. The others don't appear to be tagged either, and they are
quite complex documents layout wise.
Does VO or preview do anything with PDF tags?
