Folks,
Come on, this is not helping we are all here to help each other use the mac
as blind people this bitching and misunderstanding is not what this list was
created for.
A few people left the list last time this became an issue and this list was
all the poorer for it.
Gabe you obviously have a lot of experience with various computer issues,
you seem very knowledgeable so why don't you share that knwledge with us -
there's no need to for any of us to get upset with each other we all have
our own opinions, and we all have different things that we each would like
the Mac to be able to do or software that we would like to see VO become
accessiblewith.
I'm not an Apple apologist, I like many people took a big leap from the
farmiliarity of Windows to the Mac, but come on guys knock it off - this is
Apple's first attempt at proper and cost effective acccess to a computer -
if only other companies would take stock. HW I'm talking directly to you!
Anyway, my point is this "access to communication in the widest sense is
access to knowledge" - Louis Braille 1848
Best
James
