Readiris pro

I see there's a readiris pro and a readiris pro corporate edition.  
The readiris pro is a lot less expensive of course, and it actually  
appears that it costs less to upgrade to the corporate edition than  
to buy it in the first place. I would tend to think that the regular  
readiris pro would be adequate but has anybody used both and are  
there any compelling reasons to spend the extra money?
