Cheryl, I wasn't sure if he was asking specifically just about the  
mic so decided to add in the other info since I believe that he was  
also interested in capturing VO as well.
I would agree that recording with the built-in mic is where you would  
run into the feedback issue and of course its all relative to your  
output volume, i.e. speaker volume vs the mic level. I can't recall  
if I mentioned the record button, but hopefully I did and if not,  
thanks for covering that, if I neglected to mention it, that was  
probably a poor assumption on my part that it would be obvious to  
click this to actually start recording.
