Hi. I own a Trekker-Maestro, the PDA from Humanware with the keypad overlay
for the touch screen. I don't know if it would be a practical solution for
the IPhone, but it works quite well on the Maestro, even when it comes to
using it for taking notes.

Or, you could do what they do at Humanware--get a template thingy to go
over the phone so you can feel where you're touching. I hear it works
well.
