The voluntarry path fails every time for one reason or another.
While I agree that there are limits to what should be done till laws
are in place to expand them, the EyePhone might just be a good
example of something to take a serious look at because it is the
first of its kind. If there were dozens of models to choose from and
some were accessible, I'd say, use the power of the market to express
your desires. I'm not even sure that the eyephone will be eye
catching to the fed though since it is not too likely that it will
creep into agencies any time soon. Who knows, it might even fall
flat as so many products do.
