I do not uuse enter for this opperation. When you find the link, make sure yyou are at the beginning of the link if it does indeed voice thee word link, press vo keys with the space bar. If that doesn't work, try vo keys with shift_space. If that doeesn't work and I've not seen it to fail or if the woord link is not spoken before the string, ypress command-option-p to turn the message into rich text and try the above steps looking for thee reading of the word link at the begining of thhe string. Voice over announces that there is a link. the word link does not actually appear in the text.

I hope this helps.

hi all

i have an e mail which voice over interprets as beeing plain text, not HTML.
How do i click an embedded link to go to a site listed in these e-mails?
when i have all cursors tracking, and i move with v.o. key down arrow to the link, when i interact with the text edit area, click on it with simulated mouse click does nothing, nor does pressing enter on the h, of the h t t p part of the link. Unless i can highlight as i arrow through the link itself, but having never done this, i don't know how to highlight character by character when in interaction mode
Hope someone can help
regards, will
