an audio hijack pro question

Hi Scott.  I'm trying to record some stuff for my podcast using audio  
hijack pro, and am not sure how to proceed.  I saw a post from you in  
the mac visionaries list archives which described what I want to do,  
but I need some clarification.
What I want to do is be able to record my voice through the  
microphone, as well as be able to record voice over plus other  
applications.  I made two sessions in audio hijack pro, one for  
system audio, and one for the mic.  You said something in your  
message about an auxiliary mixer plugin.  I can't find anything with  
this name, there is an application mixer, and an auxiliary output  
plugin.  Is it either of these?
Any help you could give me here would be much appreciated.
