Ventrilo works great. All you need to do is find a server that uses the
speecs codec, and you're ready to go.

Well that's all fine if there was a chat client that would work in such
an arrangement. I haven't found one of these web-based chat deals that
works. THe java program has some real issues on an Intel- based Mac. Of
course its been a while, perhaps I'll try it again. In any event, I'm up
for the challenge so let me figure time and so forth and if folks are
interested, we can make it happen. I'm no expert, but I'm sure if a
couple of folks who are using it would join in, we can probably get most
questions answered. Hey, maybe I'll even send the recording to the
developer so they have even more an idea on how we use their products,
might help them for future offerings.
